Who runs Pinna Club

The site is operated by Pink Sheets, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 78663601, VAT number NL861487990B01, licence 28767-2020. In these terms, "Pinna Club", "we" and "us" mean the site and the company that runs it.

Agreeing to these terms

By using Pinna Club you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site. Advertisers also accept them each time they publish or edit an advert.

Words we use

• Visitor: anyone who browses Pinna Club, with or without an account.
• Advertiser: an escort who publishes an advert about herself on Pinna Club.
• Advert or profile: an advertiser's page, with her photos, details, rates and contact buttons.
• Labels: Verified, Independent, VIP and TOP, and the badges Video, New and Review.

Age requirement

Pinna Club is open only to people aged 18 and over, whether they browse or advertise. If you're under 18, leave the site now. Any advert that shows or involves someone under 18 is removed as soon as we see it, and we inform the authorities.

What Pinna Club does

We publish adverts that escorts place about themselves, arranged into city catalogues. We check every photo before it goes live, verify advertisers who ask for it, show labels, count likes and views, and act on reports.

What happens after you open a chat is up to you and the advertiser. We don't arrange meetings, set rates, take bookings or handle payments for them, so any agreement you reach is made directly with her, and Pinna Club isn't a party to it. Each advertiser decides for herself whom she meets and on what terms.

Local law

Laws on escorting and on adult advertising differ from country to country. It's up to every visitor and every advertiser to respect the law of the place they're in, and to stay off Pinna Club wherever that law forbids it. Pinna Club offers no legal advice.

Rules for visitors

• Contact escorts politely, and take no for an answer.
• Don't harass, threaten or pressure anyone you meet through Pinna Club.
• Don't save, share or repost an escort's photos, videos or messages without her consent.
• Don't copy the site's content, or collect it with bots, scrapers or other automated tools.
• Vote once per profile, and don't use scripts or fake accounts to push likes up or down.
• Report only what you believe is true. False reports made to harm an advertiser may lead us to block you.
• Write reviews only about a meeting that really took place, and leave out anyone else's personal details. A moderator may edit or decline a review that breaks these rules.

Rules for advertisers

• Advertise yourself only. One advert belongs to one person.
• Upload only recent photos and videos of yourself, and only ones whose rights are yours.
• Keep your details accurate: age, city, area, rates, services, languages and working hours.
• Don't write phone numbers, links or other contact details on your photos.
• Keep your login details to yourself; you're responsible for what happens in your account.
• Follow the law where you work and advertise, and meet only people aged 18 or over.

By publishing an advert, you confirm four things: your age is 18 or over, the photos show you, you consent to their publication and the rights to them are yours. The same confirmations are part of verification; the verification steps are set out in our FAQ.

Content that isn't allowed

• Anyone under 18, or content that suggests someone is.
• Anything showing or suggesting coercion, trafficking or exploitation.
• Photos or videos of anyone who hasn't agreed to their publication, and images copied from other sources.
• Offers of anything illegal where the advert is published.
• Scams, including taking money for a meeting that never happens.
• Impersonating Pinna Club, its moderators or another advertiser.
• Spam, malware and links to other sites.

Labels and verification

Verified means a moderator has confirmed, against a recent video, that the photos in an advert show the advertiser herself. It confirms identity only: it isn't a promise about any meeting or service. We can remove Verified if later photos don't match or a report shows a problem, and ask her to take the check again.

Independent is the advert type an advertiser chooses at sign-up. VIP and TOP are paid visibility plans. Video, New and Review are badges the site adds on its own when a profile has a video, is less than 30 days old or has a published review.

Paid visibility, payment and refunds

• Plans: VIP and TOP place an advert higher in its city's catalogue for the length of the plan. The price and length are shown in your account before you pay.
• Payment: in cryptocurrency, over the TRC20 network, and only through your account. A request to pay in a chat or by message doesn't come from us.
• Start and end: a plan starts when the payment is confirmed on the network and ends on the date shown in your account.
• What it doesn't change: a paid plan never buys Verified and never exempts an advert from these rules.
• Refunds: an active plan isn't refundable. If we remove your advert although you broke no rule, we refund the unused part of the plan. If we remove it because a rule was broken, no refund is due.
• Network fees and mistakes: network fees aren't refundable, and payments sent to a wrong address or over a different network can't be recovered.

Moderation, removal and appeals

We review every new advert and every new photo before publication, and we may review any advert again later. We can decline an advert, remove a photo or a label, hide or delete an advert, or close an account if these terms are broken or the law requires it. When we act on your advert, we tell you why by email.

If you believe the decision is wrong, reply to that email with anything that helps us look again, and you'll have our answer within 24 hours.

Reports

Anyone can report a profile with the Report button. A moderator looks at every report within 24 hours, and reports of a possible minor or of coercion come first. We never pass a reporter's details to the advertiser.

Copyright notices

If a page on Pinna Club uses your photo or other work without your permission, send us a notice through the form below. In it, include:

• your name and an email we can reach you at;
• the link to the page on Pinna Club;
• a description of your work and how you can show it's yours;
• your confirmation that, to the best of your knowledge, the use isn't authorised and the details you've given are correct.

You'll get an answer within 24 hours, and the content comes down once the claim is confirmed. The advertiser can answer with her own evidence, and accounts that repeatedly use other people's work are closed.

Your content and ours

Advertisers keep ownership of their photos, videos and texts. By publishing them, you give Pinna Club a free, non-exclusive, worldwide permission to host and display them, to resize or crop them, and to show them in previews of the site while your advert exists. The permission ends once your advert is deleted; copies in our backups disappear within 30 days.

The site itself, including its design, texts and name, belongs to us. Don't copy it or use the Pinna Club name without our written permission.

Other services

WhatsApp, Telegram, the TRC20 network and other services you reach through Pinna Club are run by others under their own terms. We aren't responsible for how they work or for what happens on them.

Our responsibility

We check photos and verify identity, but we can't check what happens at a meeting or how an advertiser or visitor behaves. We offer Pinna Club in its current form and can't promise uninterrupted, error-free access.

Within the limits the law sets, we aren't liable for agreements between visitors and advertisers, for what either of them does, or for indirect losses. Our total liability to an advertiser is limited to what she paid us in the 12 months before the claim. None of this limits our liability for fraud, or anything else the law doesn't let us exclude.

If an advert, or the way you use Pinna Club, breaks these terms or the law and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you cover the costs that claim causes us.

Closing an account

You can stop using Pinna Club at any time and delete your account or advert whenever you like. We can suspend or close accounts used against these terms; any paid plan on such an account ends with it, under the refund rules above.

Governing law and disputes

These terms follow Dutch law. Any dispute goes to the competent court in the Netherlands. If you use Pinna Club as a consumer, you keep any protection the law of your own country gives you. Should a court find part of these terms invalid, the rest still applies.

Changes to these terms

Each update to these terms changes the "Last updated" date. If a change affects advertisers' rights, we tell them by email before it applies. Using Pinna Club after a change means you accept the new version.
