Who is responsible for your data

Pinna Club decides how your personal data is used on this site. The company behind Pinna Club is named in our Terms of Use. Privacy questions can go to our support email, listed above, or through the request form below. We reply within 24 hours.

Pinna Club's privacy in brief

• Browsing needs no account, no name and no phone number.
• The site runs no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics.
• Your chats with escorts happen in WhatsApp or Telegram, where we can't read them.
• We never sell your data or pass it to advertisers.
• Reports and messages you send us are kept for up to 30 days, or until the matter is resolved.

Data we collect, and what for

• When you browse: we hold your IP address and browser type with your session. The site needs them to work and to block abuse.
• When you vote on a profile: nothing reaches us. Your browser remembers your vote in a cookie, so each vote counts once.
• When you open a profile: nothing reaches us either. A cookie in your browser lists the profiles you've opened today, so a view counts once a day.
• When you use a WhatsApp or Telegram button: the page you were on and the button you tapped go to our contact service, and it opens her chat for you. Your messages never pass through us.
• When you report a profile or contact us: we keep your name, email, message, the page it's about and your IP address, to look into it and reply to you.
• When you open an account: we keep your name or username, email, password (stored only in hashed form) and the consents you give, to sign you in and let you post reviews.
• When you post a review: we keep your rating, your text, the meeting date and length, and a name if you choose to give one, to publish the review after a moderator reads it.
• When you advertise: we keep your profile details, photos, video, contact numbers, verification confirmations and payment records, to publish and verify your advert and to process paid visibility.

Under EU data protection law, every use of personal data needs a legal basis. Ours are: providing the service you ask for; your consent, where we ask for it; our legitimate interest in keeping Pinna Club secure and free of fake profiles; and legal duties such as keeping tax records.

Cookies

Pinna Club sets only its own cookies, and each one serves a feature you use. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

• Session cookie (2 hours): keeps the site working while you browse. Encrypted.
• XSRF-TOKEN (2 hours): protects forms against misuse from other websites.
• pv (5 years): remembers your likes and dislikes. Encrypted.
• vw (until the end of the day): remembers which profiles you've opened today.

The site also stores one small note in your browser so that a one-time tip on mobile isn't shown twice. If you delete or refuse cookies in your browser settings, likes and forms stop working properly.

Services that handle data for us

• Hosting: the servers that run Pinna Club and store its data.
• Cloudflare: delivers the site quickly and filters attacks, so it sees your IP address and the pages you request.
• Our contact service: turns a tap on WhatsApp or Telegram into an open chat.
• WhatsApp and Telegram: once a chat opens, their own privacy policies apply, and the escort sees whatever those apps show her about you.
• The TRC20 network: payments for paid visibility are recorded on a public blockchain, as every transaction on it is.

Some of these providers work outside the European Union. Where your data leaves the EU, we rely on the safeguards EU law requires, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep your data

Keeping your data secure

The whole site runs over an encrypted connection, session and vote cookies are encrypted, and passwords are stored only in hashed form. Verification videos sit in private storage that only moderators can open, and every action in the moderation panel is logged. If a breach ever puts your data at risk, we'll tell you and the supervisory authority, as the law requires.

Advertisers: what's public and what isn't

Your profile details, photos, video, rates, area and labels are public: anyone can see them, and search engines can index your profile. Your verification confirmations, the private copy of your verification video, your account email and your payment records are not. Your phone number isn't printed on the page: the WhatsApp and Telegram buttons connect visitors to you. Our FAQ explains how verification works step by step.

Some profile details, such as ethnicity or the services listed, count as sensitive data under EU law. Advertisers publish them with their explicit consent, given when they confirm publication, and can remove them at any moment by editing or deleting the advert.

When you delete your advert, its page tells search engines it's gone, and they drop it soon after. We can't remove copies that other websites have made.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• send you a copy of your data;
• correct anything that's wrong;
• delete your data;
• limit how we use it, or stop using it;
• give you your data in a format you can take elsewhere.

Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it whenever you like. Requests go through the form below or by email. We reply within 24 hours, and we might check that the request comes from the email address you used with us. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or to the data protection authority where you live.

No decision about you is made by a machine alone: moderators review reports, adverts and verification themselves.

Adults only

Pinna Club is for people aged 18 or over. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. Should we find any, we delete it and remove the profile involved.

Updates to this policy

Each update to this policy moves the date above. If a change affects how we use data you've already given us, we'll say so here before it takes effect.
